Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures Qualifications: • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
