    We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. You'll help our company plan and manage hotel projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing general contractors highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Consult with the project's stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within budget • Confirm that every construction project produces a high-quality finished product, supervise construction workers, execute regular on-site inspections, and provide feedback as needed • Minimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occur • Review subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards required • Hire subcontractors and verify that they have all the required permits Qualifications: • 5 years of prior experience as a general contractor is required for this position; additional management experience preferred • Must have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role • OSHA 30 certification and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • Worked on at least one hotel project Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
