About the Role:
EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for a detail-driven Quality Inspector to join our Aviation MRO team in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities:
Inspect aircraft components, systems, and structures to verify compliance with FAA regulations and OEM specifications
Review and sign off on maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) work orders and documentation
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on aircraft parts and assemblies
Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective action reports (CARs) as required
Ensure all work performed meets applicable airworthiness directives (ADs) and service bulletins (SBs)
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality control documentation in compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements
Collaborate with maintenance technicians and production teams to resolve quality discrepancies
Requirements:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required
Inspection Authorization (IA) or prior QC Inspector experience in an FAA Part 145 repair station preferred
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR Parts 43, 65, and 145
Proficiency in reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data
Minimum 3–5 years of aviation maintenance or quality control experience
Familiarity with aviation quality management systems and non-destructive testing (NDT) a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced MRO environment
