Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

5 years’ + experience in Quality Inspection

5 years + of experience performing manual inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.

Ability to interpret blueprints; GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.

Experience with machined components in all phases of inspection, including receiving, first article, and final inspection.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating CMM equipment.

Proven experience with manual inspection techniques and tools.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Experience with receiving inspection requirements, including FA inspection, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products.

CMM machines and Calypso software.

Working experience with high-precision measurements and first-article inspections (FAI).

Non-conformance reports (NCRs) and Inspection Report experience
