Responsibilities

Perform Inbound Inspections (materials, purchase orders, packing slips, certifications)

Conduct First Article / First Part Inspections with 100% dimensional verification

Perform In‑Process Inspections per sampling plans and report out‑of‑tolerance conditions

Complete Final Inspections, including preparation and review of AS9102‑compliant First Article Inspection Reports

Pre‑Shipment Inspections for accuracy, quantity, labeling, and packaging

Identify, tag, and document non‑conforming material and support resolution

Accurately complete inspection paperwork

Use calibrated inspection tools and reference calibration data when required

Work closely with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing quality inspection (machining or precision manufacturing preferred)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and routers

Familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
