Responsibilities:-

Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders

Verify outgoing goods before dispatch to ensure correct quantity, labeling, and condition

Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy

Identify defects, damages, or discrepancies and report findings to supervisors

Maintain detailed inspection records, logs, and reports

Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of products within the warehouse

Technical Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Warehouse or logistics experience such as: Receiving/shipping clerk, Inventory associate, Picker/packer or forklift operator

Quality control (QC) / inspection experience

Inspecting products for damage or defects

Sampling and testing materials

Following inspection procedures and standards

Shipping & receiving knowledge:

Purchase orders, packing slips, invoices

Verifying shipments and quantities

Handling discrepancies (missing, damaged, incorrect items).

Project Duration: CURRENT PROJECT: 5 days to 1 week >Note: This is a 1099 contract role – project duration may vary based on client needs

Shift Hours: CURRENT PROJECT: Night Shift- 6 PM to 2 AM. >Note: As a 1099 contractor, project schedules may vary depending on site availability

Location: Must be able to travel to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and nearby areas (exact CLIENT address can ONLY be shared once contractor is confirmed)
