Quality Inspector

Brooklyn Park, MN | Contract to Hire | $28-31/hr

Konik is partnering with a local manufacturer seeking to add a Quality Inspector to their team.  This hands-on role ensures parts meet or exceed customer specifications through inspection, calibration, and documentation support.

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished parts
• Blueprint reading and CMM usage
• Assist with equipment calibration and maintain related records
• Support non-conformance tracking and corrective action documentation
• Certify materials and document scrap as needed
• Follow and support ISO quality procedures

Quality Inspector Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use a CMM (Zeiss preferred), micrometers, and calipers
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid math skills and ability to interpret technical drawings
