Responsibilities:

Supervise a 2nd-shift inspection rework crew of 4–8 associates.

Execute and monitor a standard inspection process: open case, scan tool, determine good/bad status, and repackage.

Maintain consistent quality standards and shift output.

Technical & Industry Experience:

2–5 years of basic quality inspection experience in a supervisory role, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering environment

Proven experience performing quality inspections

Experience with metal products is preferred

Hands-on experience with barcode scanning tools

Proficient in MS Word and Excel for timely submission of reports and documentation (typically within 24 hours of job completion)

Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team-based problem-solving scenarios

Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude when adapting to disruptions or unexpected changes

Flexible with work schedules and shift requirements

Project Duration:

CURRENT PROJECT: 2 to 4 weeks Monday to Friday

Note: This is a 1099 contract role – project duration may vary based on client needs

Shift Hours:

CURRENT PROJECT: 8 hours from 2pm to 11 pm, occasional OT but mostly 8 hours.

Note: As a 1099 contractor, project schedules may vary depending on site availability
