    Job Description

    The Quality Internal Auditor is responsible for reviewing, developing and assisting in maintaining internal audit records and preparing internal audit reports. Review manufacturing process records to assure that customer and regulatory requirements are met. Review, create and maintain daily production files which include all production processing, quality paperwork and other site wide documents for other departments.

    Assist in supervision of all quality assurance functions, implementation, development, audit and maintenance of plant’s quality and food safety systems. Also including HACCP to assure compliance and customer satisfaction by monitoring of personnel, training, and maintain order in technical expertise. Provide technical support/resource for quality assurance personnel, production and other plant departments.

    Compensation Range: $24.00-$28.00

    Qualifications

    • Audit POM Facility and make recommendations via work orders to ensure we are meeting the requirements of the BRC Global Standards. Follow up on audit recommendations.
    • Plan, implement and follow up on internal audit non-conformances to ensure they are documented, corrected and communicated.
    • Review every clause of the BRC at least once per year to ensure we are compliant and drive change as needed to ensure compliance.
    • Construct a plan to meet requirements of Calendar of Events, Quality Systems audit Schedule, Glass and Brittle Plastic registry, GMP Compliance, Non Conformance Log and evidence of compliance for each clause.
    • Communicate in written and oral manner. Provide presentations and lead meetings as required.
    • Ability to use Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
