Job Description
The Manufacturing Quality Technician is accountable for protecting our customers by ensuring only compliant materials enter and exit the plant. This role combines comprehensive inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished composite decking products with data-driven analysis to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include auditing quality processes, maintaining documentation and calibrations, and communicating issues to support timely resolution. By identifying process improvement opportunities and collaborating cross-functionally, the technician helps ensure product reliability, operational efficiency, and customer delight.
12.5 hour shift Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday 6:30am to 7:00pm
Wage Range DOE and Qualification is Hourly from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour (plus $1.00/hour night differential for 2nd shifts)
