    We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across the organization, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role working cross-functionally to build a culture of continuous improvement.

    Position Type: Direct Hire
    Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually
    Location: Talladega, AL 35160

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and drive corrective actions as needed.
    • Implement and manage robust quality control processes to ensure consistent, high-quality production output.
    • Develop, maintain, and enforce quality standards and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
    • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to optimize product design and improve production processes.
    • Lead and deliver employee training programs to enhance quality awareness and adherence to best practices.
    • Analyze data and KPIs to identify quality trends, performance gaps, and areas for continuous improvement.
    • Oversee documentation, records, and reporting related to quality assurance and compliance.
    • Investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
    • Conduct regular audits of production processes, final products, and suppliers to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

    Qualifications

    • Expert experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation and audits.
    • 5+ years of experience in quality control and assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing environments.
    • Proven track record of advancing in quality leadership roles.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
