KCConsulting is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team- onsite in Hamilton, OH. You’ll ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Paper/packaging industry experience is required. If you do not have industry experience, please do not apply.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and continuously improve the quality control program

• Define/implement quality standards, testing procedures, and inspection protocols

• Ensure compliance with customer specs and industry regulations

• Lead CI initiatives to boost quality and reduce waste/scrap

• Train and mentor quality techs and production teams on best practices

• Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot and prevent defects

What We’re Looking For

• Paper/packaging industry experience required

• Strong knowledge of board grades, flutes, and testing (e.g., ECT, Mullen, caliper, moisture)

• Proven success leading QA/QC teams and systems (CAPA, root cause, SPC)

• Clear communicator, data-driven problem solver, collaborative leader
