As a key site leader, you will execute quality strategies, oversee supplier and manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement. This role is vital in establishing a robust quality culture and ensuring operational reliability within our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) facility. Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the establishment, certification, and continuous improvement of the QMS, including ISO 9001.

Serve as ISO 9001 Management Representative, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and corporate standards.

Develop and maintain quality documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records).

Lead external audits, including certification, surveillance, and recertification activities.

Drive internal audit programs and management reviews, ensuring timely closure of nonconformities.

Integrate QMS into daily operations to ensure system effectiveness and scalability.

    1. Manufacturing Quality & Process Control

Lead IQC, IPQC, and FQC functions to ensure stable processes and product consistency.

Enforce process control methodologies (SPC, CPK) to improve capability and reduce variation.

Identify quality risks and implement containment actions, with the authority to stop production when necessary.

Analyze KPIs (PPM, yield, scrap, rework) to drive continuous improvement.

Promote a shop-floor quality culture focused on prevention and accountability.

    1. Customer Quality & Issue Resolution

Act as the primary quality contact for customer-related inquiries.

Lead structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Why, RCA) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Oversee 8D reports and quality performance reviews.

Support quality planning and risk control during NPI, pilot builds, and mass production.

    1. Supplier Quality Management (SQE)

Lead supplier qualification, development, and performance management.

Conduct supplier audits and drive system improvements.

Resolve supplier issues, including incoming defects and RMA processes.

Manage material risk assessments and supplier nonconformances.

Define and track supplier KPIs (PPM, acceptance rate, responsiveness).

    1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build and lead a high-performing quality team (IQC, IPQC, FQC, SQE).

Foster a culture of quality ownership and operational excellence.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
