• 7+ years of experience in steel manufacturing quality with direct exposure to EAF melt shop and downstream processes (casting, rolling, finishing)
• Strong expertise in metallurgy and process control, including steel chemistry, inclusion control, and defect analysis (surface and internal)
• Proven leadership managing quality systems and teams, including ISO standards, audits, and customer quality requirements (automotive, construction, or industrial markets)
• Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCA, CAPA, Six Sigma, 8D) to resolve quality issues and improve consistency
• Track record of driving continuous improvement in yield, scrap reduction, and customer claims, with strong cross-functional collaboration across operations and maintenance
