Quality Manager Union, Missouri | $110,000 – $125,000 + up to 10% Annual Bonus

A well-established manufacturing company in Union, Missouri is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a quality professional looking to lead in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and control across all stages of metal manufacturing
• Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, and other relevant standards
• Partner with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in metal manufacturing or a similar environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, and quality auditing practices
• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred

Compensation & Benefits
