    JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager to lead a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager must have in-depth knowledge of our industry and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and managing sales teams. We are seeking an experienced leader with strong leadership skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate our sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

    OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

    • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives.
    • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
    • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
    • Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
    • Help team to generate leads, build, and nurture client relationships.
    • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product and our services.

    DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
    • Set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
    • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
    • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
    • Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
    • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.
    • Work with management in determining product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing project cost vs sales costs; anticipating volume and customized orders.
    • Manage month-end and year-end sales.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 10+ years’ experience in the material handling industry.
    • 4+ years in sales management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
    • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Competitive Analysis, Pricing, Financial Planning and Strategy.
    • Superb leadership ability.
    • Ability to travel at least 20-30% of the time.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven success rate at levels above quotas

    SCHEDULE

    • Full time; Monday – Friday
