Quality Roofing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant and Receptionist for our continuously growing Roofing and General Contracting company. We are looking for a candidate that is a team player with the ability to prioritize workload with a multitude of tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

Directly assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Organize and prepare bid documents, digital file management, online research, submission of documents to customers, etc. Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and maintain calendar.

Answer incoming calls promptly and in a friendly and professional manner, general office filing, various administrative duties, and general office assistance. May also include running errands during business hours in a company provided vehicle.

Coordinate with Marketing Director to inventory and stock promotional items needed for various events.

Prepare special reports if needed or requested by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers that reflect and support company vision, mission, and standards that meets or exceeds expectations.

Requirement: Valid Drivers License. Must possess strong verbal and written skills.

Preferred Requirements but not required: CAD Design Knowledge, Bilingual (Spanish) and a construction knowledge background.
