Quality Safety & Compliance Manager

Northwest Metro, MN | Direct Hire | $85K–$120K + Bonus + Strong Benefits

Konik is partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Quality, Safety & Compliance Manager to lead quality systems, food safety compliance, and safety initiatives at a high-volume production facility.

This role works closely with executive leadership and production teams to ensure products meet strict regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Must be available 2-3 days a month to have your schedule mirror you, being able to meet with each shift in a day. (1st,2nd,3rd )

Responsibilities:

• Leading quality systems, food safety programs, and regulatory compliance
• Managing SQF, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA compliance initiatives
• Overseeing internal and external audits
• Partnering with production to resolve quality issues and improve processes
• Managing raw material inspections, product rejections, and RMAs
• Leading safety training programs and safety committee initiatives
• Communicating quality metrics and compliance updates to leadership
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or safety leadership
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA standards
• Experience leading audits and regulatory compliance programs
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Effectively manage the Quality department team members (4-5)
