    About the Role:

    EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for an experienced Quality & Safety Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a critical leadership role for a detail-driven professional ready to uphold the highest standards of aviation safety and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, fast-paced aerospace environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with FAA Part 145 and ISO/AS9100 standards

    Oversee all quality assurance and safety programs to ensure full regulatory compliance across maintenance operations

    Conduct internal audits, inspections, and corrective action reviews to identify and resolve non-conformances

    Serve as the primary point of contact for FAA regulatory inquiries, audits, and certification activities

    Lead safety & quality investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of preventive measures

    Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements

    Manage documentation control, calibration programs, and approved vendor/supplier quality oversight

    Monitor and report on key quality and safety metrics to senior leadership

    Requirements:

    Proven experience managing a Quality Management System under FAA Part 145 repair station regulations

    Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 certification and compliance

    Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airworthiness standards, root-cause analysis (RCA), auditing skills, and proficiency in aviation safety management systems (SMS)

    Experience conducting internal and external quality audits in an aviation or aerospace environment

    FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate or equivalent aviation credential preferred

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail

    Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred
