Compensation Range:$70K+

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Preferred, not required
• 1-3 years of experience in an engineering and/or quality role with hands on mechanical aptitude required
• 1+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing setting required, experience with sheet metal fabrication preferred
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus
• Knowledge of quality systems and related standards with the ability to implement process flows
