Job Title : Quality Technician

_ Pay Rate_ : $19.00-$22.00/hr (based on experience)

_ Shift:_ Tuesday-Friday (4-10 hour shifts) 7:00am-5:00pm

_ Job Description:_

The End-of-Line Quality Inspector conducts a final visual inspection of our finished recreational marine boat engines. This is a fast-paced, on-your-feet position and is ideal for candidates with extraordinary attention to detail, strong communication skills, computer skills and basic mechanical skills.

_ Essential Job Functions:_

• Inspect fully assembled and/or partially assembled marine engines, including various internal combustion inboard engines and electric outboard motors.
• Utilize your engine know-how to identify any potential issues or defects
• Work closely with the Quality Manager and Production Team to ensure every engine that leaves our building meets Client's high standards for quality and performance.

_ Required Qualifications:_

• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of engines
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Team player with ability to mobilize support when necessary
• Ability to organize and plan multiple tasks effectively
