    We’re hiring a Quality Technician to support inspection, compliance, and continuous improvement across our shop floor.

    Position Details Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day work week)

    Optional Overtime: Fridays based on workload

    Location: Groveland, MA

    Status: Full-time, on-site

    Key Responsibilities Perform in-process and final inspections on precision aerospace components

    Operate CMM equipment to verify complex geometries and tight tolerances

    Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications

    Use inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators

    Document inspection results clearly and accurately per AS9100 requirements

    Identify nonconformances and support corrective action processes

    Work closely with machinists and engineering to ensure quality at the source

    Support first article inspections (FAI), audits, and quality system initiatives

    Preferred Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection within precision manufacturing (aerospace preferred)

    Hands on experience with CMM operation (PC-DMIS or similar software preferred)

    Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

    Familiarity with AS9100 / aerospace quality standards

    High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline

    Ability to communicate effectively across production and quality teams
