Quality Technician – Food Manufacturing (Growth Opportunity)

You’ll play a critical role on the production floor, partnering with teams to maintain and elevate our standards. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing • Monitor and verify that products meet quality, consistency, and food safety standards • Conduct in-process and finished product inspections (temperature, weight, appearance, labels) • Perform environmental swabbing, allergen testing, pH checks, and other quality testing • Partner with production teams to identify issues and prevent recurrence • Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and internal food safety requirements • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and records • Report non-conformances and follow through on corrective actions • Serve as a resource on the floor for quality and food safety guidance Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and consistency • Prior experience in quality assurance or food safety preferred; we will train the right candidate with the right mindset • Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food manufacturing environments is a strong plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities • Comfortable working in cold and wet production environments • Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak up and address issues • Willingness to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Work Environment • Refrigerated facility (approximately 30–38°F) • Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting Compensation: $19.50 - $25 hourly
