Responsibilities: • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Qualifications: • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • 2+ years of maintenance experience Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
