Position Overview: As a Production Scheduler at Qualtronics, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that customer requirements are met while maintaining a balanced workload on the production floor. You'll collaborate closely with production personnel, customer service representatives, and customers themselves to keep everyone informed and ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: • Schedule all orders to meet customer requirements, taking into account production floor workloads. • Collaborate with production personnel to balance workloads and prioritize orders with immediate due dates. • Notify all relevant parties, including the Material Manager, Floor Supervisor, Customer Service, and Production Floor personnel, of schedule changes or new schedules. • Work closely with customer service and customers to understand requirements and provide timely updates on schedule changes. • Keep system software and work order packets updated with schedule changes and reasons for adjustments. • Identify inefficiencies in scheduling processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall productivity. • Enforce safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. • Perform other duties as reasonably related to the position. Qualifications: • Previous experience in production scheduling or a related field preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities. • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools. • Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a positive work culture. Compensation: $17 - $22
