Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Quotation Support Specialist to join our Product Development team. This role will primarily involve assisting in the creation of accurate and competitive quotes for both new and existing customers. The Quotation Support Specialist will work closely with the team to interpret customer requirements, create drawings, review technical issues, and maintain communication with clients throughout the design process. Responsibilities: • Interpret and establish all costs associated with the customer’s harness drawings • Create quotes for new and existing customers that satisfy the customer’s needs • Create drawings using internal software based on customer designs • Review customer drawings for technical issues and provide solutions • Maintain a rapport with the customer through the design process and make adjustments as needed • Work closely with the production team to confirm and resolve issues with final harness designs • Source and investigate the pricing of new materials • Maintain accurate paperwork and job files electronically and physically to facilitate a smooth transition of information • Adhere to ISO requirements related to the job area Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree • Electric or Electronics Industry Experience a plus Compensation: $17 - $24 hourly
