    Training & Development Lead

    Location – Remote, Denver Metro Area preferred but not required

    Quandary is seeking a full-time training coordinator to identify training needs and map out learning and development plans; put together training curriculum and facilitates training sessions; analyze training progress and suggests/creates additional training modules; ensure training partners provide required curriculum. He/she will assist in identifying staffing needs, training requirements, and other workforce development strategies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Create and facilitate a continuously evolving bootcamp/training program for new employees in all roles: Solutions Consultants, Customer Success managers, Software Engineers, Account Executives and more

    • The bootcamp will cover everything from ensuring the employee is setup with the tools to do his/her job, e.g. computer and software setup, Quandary culture and values review, to facilitating the training on role specific technology and business capabilities used to deliver for customers: Quickbase, Workato, custom code, future technologies, process mapping, methodology, business requirements gathering, etc.

    • Research, select and utilize vendors/partners where appropriate to train employees, e.g. Quickbase University, manager training programs, other employee development programs that become necessary as the company grows

    • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)

    • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

    • Track certifications needed for our employees and communicating with the team on due dates

    • Future training and development objectives after the initial bootcamp and training program is developed include:

    o Automating the training experience for employees where possible utilizing an online platform (create “Quandary Consulting University”)

    o Creating a virtual training experience for customer purchase as an add-on to Quandary solutions

    o Creating a pass/fail certification program customized per role for internal employees and customers

    • This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to grow into a manager in the future as we grow the company and the training program.

    • Perform other duties as required and assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • 2-3 years of experience as a training coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role for a technology company 

    • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events

    • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

    • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques

    • Experience with e-learning platform 

    • Proven ability to teach, facilitate small groups of people and work closely with experts to develop the curriculum is a must 

    • Knowing the business and technology tools Quandary uses is not required, but familiarity with software and business process requirements gathering is preferred

    • Knowledge of Quickbase, Workato and/or other low code solutions preferred but not required.

    • Understanding how to build a training program to enable employees to be effective as quickly as possible is required

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    $45,000-$60,000 Annually
