We believe that our job as insurance professionals is to offer a policy to every client that fits their budget, needs, and wants through one of our 40 carriers! You won’t be limited to selling just auto insurance – we sell it all!

As an insurance specialist, you’ll learn to find the true fit with your customer to determine what carrier to place them with. Quantum offers paid training and ongoing support to fine-tune your selling ability and bundle home, auto, motorcycle, boat, ATV insurance, and more!

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License

• 1 to 2 years of insurance industry experience

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Bi-lingual is a plus!
