Our company is looking for a Junior Sales Recruiter to be responsible for handling the bulk of resume screening for the multiple sales roles. You will be required to screen resumes and make initial contact with sales candidates as well as coordinating interviews. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review sales candidate's resumes.
• Conduct phone interviews with qualified candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with either HR or department managers.
• Other duties to be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in a Jr. Recruiting role with an emphasis recruiting for Sales positions.
• Experience utilizing an ATS, preferably BreezyHR or iSolved.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates initiative to accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
