    SUMMARY:

    Quantum Electronic Payments is looking for a motivated and experienced marketer to join their growing Marketing team. This position has lots of room for growth in a company that is growing rapidly! The ideal candidate has a solid grasp on media buying best practices on Facebook and Google and can implement and execute scaling strategies to drive marketing qualified leads to the Sales team and. This individual is data driven and can make decisive actions backed by campaign performance results. The Marketing Coordinator can also handle the more marketing general tasks such as basic graphic work, reporting, marketing collateral, and also tackle one-off projects.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan and execute strategic and targeted lead generation marketing campaigns through various channels such as Facebook Ads and Google Adwords
    • Generate weekly reports on our marketing campaigns performance including changes and recommendations to ensure consistent CPL and CPA
    • Design and execute conversion rate optimized landing pages to capture merchant data
    • Build and maintain connections to pass lead data into our internal CRM
    • Maintain an open line of communication with Sales to receive real-time feedback in order to make strategic campaign changes
    • Building robust marketing funnels and marketing automation flows/email drip campaigns
    • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
    • Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data slides, photographs, and reports.
    • Maintains inventory of photo work/artwork, and maintains marketing literature, archive files, and sample files.
    • Develop marketing collateral including product features, news pitches, and social media posts
    • Manage company's social media handles such as: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
    • Coordinate trade show and promotional events as needed.
    • Coordinate logistics and deliverables for all tradeshows (securing booth space and meeting space, registering attendees, managing housing blocks, managing inbound and outbound shipments, set up and breakdown of exhibit booth and event spaces).
    • Develop booth layout and assist with pull and prep of tradeshow property.
    • Interface with vendors and partners as it relates to maintenance and shipping of tradeshow supplies and equipment.
    • Website management and updates and responsible for writing and posting blogs articles
    • Responsible for creating and managing printed marketing, including postcards, flyers, door hangers and monthly newsletters

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizations skills
    • Familiar with marketing automation softwares such as: Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.
    • Experience with CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce or related CRM
    • Well versed in Photoshop, Adobe Pro, Illustrator, Word, Excel

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  

    BA in Marketing, Communications, Business

    3+ yeas Related work experience
