JOB TITLE:     Junior Recruiter

STATUS:         Salaried, Full-time

PAY RATE:     $30K - $40K/year Depending on experience.

SUMMARY:

Our company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to be responsible for handling resume and candidate screenings. The main concentration of this role is to review resumes as well as make initial contact with candidates and coordinate interviews, other duties will be assigned as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review resumes.
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate in person interviews with either HR or Department Managers.
• Other duties to be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or associate's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a Recruiting capacity.
• Experienced in providing high level administrative assistance to executive level staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates initiative to accomplish goals with minimal supervision.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:    

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.                                
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• ATS experience is a plus.
