    The Partner Relations Executive is an enthusiastic, organized and strategic individual responsible for driving business growth. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within small to medium size merchants of any established industry. Maintain a client base and referral base business. Along with explaining product and promos to our clients; closing the sale of merchant service processing to Merchants with valued added services such as Electronic Transaction Programs.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Recruit & train independent Agents to market Quantum Electronic Payments Merchant Services

    Use consultative sales approach and industry knowledge of card processing to pro-actively establish and build relationships with vendors, software providers, agents, and referral partners

    Convey clear information to agents regarding pricing or fee structures, industry rules and regulations, security and compliance matters, product information and best business practices

    Leverage online recruiting sources, recruitment programs and the in-house candidate database to identify and recruit qualified candidates

    Identify new and creative ways to build the Quantum Electronic Payments brand, including hosting and attending relevant events.

    Develop partnerships with vendors and software providers

    Maintain accurate record of conversations with candidates and status for the candidate to ensure that institutional knowledge is created and retained within the system

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Extensive Card Industry knowledge

    Strong Portfolio Development

    Self-motivated, make-it-happen, creative, "out-of-the-box" thinker with a Sales mentality

    Ability to think strategically about personal impact to long-term business strategy

    Strong negotiation, time management, prioritization and organization skills

    Meticulous attention to detail to drive profitability

    Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building and customer services skills

    Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment

    Outgoing, high energy, upbeat and friendly personality with an infectious outlook and attitude

    Communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and professionally.

    Minimum of 2-5 years' business to business sales experience & sales maturity with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    Credit card processing sales experience desired

    Undergraduate degree with a strong preference towards operations or business administration.

    Equivalent combination of education and experience.
