    We are seeking for a MERCHANT SUPPORT SPECIALIST who has experience in the customer service field and is BILINGUAL. This is an entry-level position, as we provide hands on training to become a skilled Merchant Support Specialist with Quantum Electronic Payments!

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Research items and transactions of the merchant's processing history.
    • Assists with terminal and gateway related services issues.
    • Trouble shoot technical integration issues with merchant processing partners.
    • Resolve Billing Questions
    • Review & Analyze Merchant Fee's and Pricing
    • Answer all questions the merchants may have.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Customer Service and/or Sales Experience preferred
    • Experience in Merchant Services or Payment Processing
    • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
    • Strongly self-motivated with a drive to succeed
    • Strong work ethic and self-discipline
    • PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience
    • Bilingual (Japanese- Spanish - Korean)
    • Ability to drive company vehicles from time to time
    • Shifts: 6:00 am-3:00 pm/8:00 am-5:00 pm/10:00 am-7:00 pm
    • Rotating Saturday's
