We are local automotive and powersports parts manufacturer, distributor, and online retailer. We distribute nation- and world-wide. Position is in an office environment but works closely with the warehouse. We are looking for a highly driven and motivated self-starter to join our company within our Customer Service/ Sales department. This position is highly dynamic and requires excellent organization skills to provide to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner. Serious Applications only -- Please include a Cover Letter with your Resume Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via primarily phone calls but also email and support tickets • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems, approve warranty replacements • Capture sales and input them into system • Create new wholesale accounts and manage interactions with repeat buyers • Maintain a timely and appropriate response to customer calls or emails • Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer service, sales, and technical support goals are met. • Reports directly to General Manager Skills Required • 2+ years customer service experience • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Knowledge of professional email etiquette • Excellent verbal and written communication Minimum Requirements • High School Degree - Associates or BA/BS Preferred • 2+ Years Customer Service and Sales experience • E-commerce experience a plus • Highly driven and motivated individual looking for a long-term position with plenty of growth
