Our client is an award winning Architecture firm located in their Honolulu, HI location. They are seeking a Senior Project Architect and Project Manager to join their growing team who has extensive experience managing and/or leading large scale multi-story projects with a residential component-whether that be multifamily, student housing, senior living, hospitality, or mixed-use related.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Accredited degree in Architecture
• 15-25+ years of architecture experience working on any of the following project types: high rise, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, institutional, or government projects
• Experience with Type I & III construction preferred
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and clients
• Licensed Architect or working towards licensure highly desired
