Ironside Stone Works is searching for a highly dedicated, physically resilient laborer ready to perform the demanding, critical work of handling and processing raw stone materials. This position is the backbone of our operation and requires sustained physical effort, grit, and a sharp eye for detail—no heavy machinery operation is required for this specific role.

    Core Responsibilities & Physical Demands

Extreme Manual Material Handling: This is a heavy-duty physical role. You will be continuously sorting, lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying raw stone products. Expect constant lifting and maneuvering of materials throughout the entire 10-hour shift.

Production & Palletizing: Execute the manual work of efficiently building and securing stone pallets to strict company specifications, ensuring quality and readiness for transport.

Sorting and Quality Control: Rapidly inspect and sort quarried stone according to size, color, and texture standards in a production line setting.

Site Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment; manually move debris and ensure the flow of material is continuous.

Safety & Teamwork: Strict adherence to all quarry safety protocols is mandatory. Work effectively and efficiently within a small team to meet high-volume production goals.

    Non-Negotiable Requirements

Exceptional Physical Strength & Stamina: Must be capable of repeatedly lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying heavy objects up to 125 lbs throughout a full 10-hour shift. This is a requirement for daily, sustained performance.

Work Ethic: Ability to maintain a high pace and high level of focus in an often loud, dusty, and physically demanding outdoor environment (variable weather, uneven terrain).

Reliability: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach the quarry site outside of Helena every scheduled day.

Communication: Clear, concise communication skills to work effectively with the crew and management.
