    Qualifications

Native or near-native fluency in Quechua (any dialect) and English.

2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, asylum, community, or government strongly preferred).

Deep cultural knowledge of Andean indigenous communities.

Strong grasp of interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and impartiality.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 clearance.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Competitive pay: $30–38/hour (rare-language premium).

Remote work using secure USCIS-approved platforms.

    Paid training and professional development.

Steady assignments under a federal contract.

Growth opportunities in quality assurance or linguist leadership.
