Position Overview

Queenstown Harbor is seeking an experienced, service-driven ****Part-Time Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional guest service, and takes pride in crafting high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible service
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule Expectations

• Primarily evenings and weekends
• Flexible availability strongly preferred
