    Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort is seeking a dependable and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role supports daily kitchen operations by preparing high‑quality food, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and delivering a positive guest experience in alignment with VIVÂMEE’s Virtues of Joy, Humility, and Ministry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
    • Assist with food prep, station setup, and service execution
    • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all kitchen areas
    • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
    • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen teammates during high‑volume service
    • Support banquets, catering, and special resort events as needed
    • Represent VIVÂMEE Values through teamwork, professionalism, and guest focus

    Qualifications

    • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
    • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
    • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
    • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
