QUELL PEST CONTROL IS LOOKING TO HIRE THREE NEW OUTSIDE SALES REPS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR RESULTS-DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS TO WORK STARTING IMMEDIATELY IN ASSIGNED NEIGHBORHOODS IN DALLAS AND FORT WORTH, TEXAS, TO ACTIVELY SEEK OUT AND ENGAGE NEW HOMEOWNERS THROUGH DOOR KNOCKING EFFORTS.
SALES REPS WILL SELL RESIDENTIAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE AGREEMENTS. SALES REPS ARE EXPECTED TO TALK TO 30 PROSPECTS PER DAY AND APPLY THEIR SALES TRAINING EFFECTIVELY. DAILY IN-PERSON TRAINING IS PROVIDED AS WELL AS ACCESS TO TONS OF DIGITAL TRAINING RESOURCES AND REGULAR SHADOWING AND FEEDBACK TO ENSURE SUCCESS. COMPANY VEHICLE WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER SALES QUOTAS ARE MET. SALES REPS ARE 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.

PRESENT, PROMOTE, AND SELL QUELL RESIDENTIAL PEST CONTROL SERVICES, USING SOLID ARGUMENTS TO PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
PASSION FOR SUCCESS IN LINE WITH QUELL’S VISION AND VALUES
HAVE A DESIRE AND AN OBSESSION FOR WORKING WITH PEOPLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND IMPROVE PROCESSES, EAGERNESS TO LEARN, AND UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS
REACH OUT TO PROSPECTS IN-PERSON TO IDENTIFY NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS
LEARN WHERE SELF-IMPROVEMENT IS NEEDED AND IMPLEMENT NEW STRATEGIES FOR CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
ACHIEVE AGREED UPON SALES TARGETS AND OUTCOMES WITHIN SCHEDULE
COORDINATE SALES EFFORT WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS
TRACK SALES AND STATUS REPORTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
INDIVIDUALS MUST BE PREPARED TO GO DOOR-TO-DOOR VISITING PROSPECTS
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION FROM YOUR HOME TO THE FIELD
BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS – COMFORTABLE USING PHONE AND IPAD TO INPUT AND MANAGE LEADS
DEMONSTRABLE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE, PRESENT, AND INFLUENCE
PROVEN ABILITY TO INFORM ON RESIDENTIAL PEST CONTROL SERVICES, WHILE MAINTAINING SHARP ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL
HOURS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE SEASON
