WE ARE HIRING! QUESS GTS IS LOOKING FOR CALL CENTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO WORK A LONG TERM (2 YEAR) + CONTRACT
Job Description Under supervision, provide customers efficient and courteous service by responding to routine and non-routine inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from customers and/or their representatives
- Process service requests for questions withdrawals and/or, cancellations
- Provide wide-ranging information regarding the transactions.
- Research and resolve customer concerns/problems using computer systems, or through interdepartmental communications.
- Correspond with customers for resolution of their concerns through outgoing calls or written documentation and provide additional information
- Maintain complete confidentiality and abide by company policies
- Maintain and escalate the issue to the concerned parties
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Minimum Experience : 1-2 Years
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Team Player
- Should be eager to learn and adapt to new environment
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills
