We are recruiting for a Branch Director type for a key full service non-asset 3PL provider in Charlotte who is capable of leading a team as well a manage their own accounts. The Branch Manager / Director of Sales will provide strategic leadership and guidance to their Sales Team / Account Executive Team, as well as reach to his/her key contacts and leverage their own relationships and build the business. This individual will lead customer and carrier sales, budgets, forecasting, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree at minimum
• 10+ years 3PL industry experience
• FTL Customer Sales
• Carrier Sales knowledge
• 5+ years of B2B sales in transportation, brokerage or similar
• Strong Sales background with great communication
• Ideally having a book of business
• Experience using CRM
