We are currently recruiting for a Service Business Manager for a key client of ours in Houston. As the Business Field Service Manager, you will lead a team of Field Service Techs and Engineers, and will lead a P&L for the business unit, and will also have a strong business and sales focus. Hydraulics service background and sales is important.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• 7+ years experience in Field Service - offshore field service aftermarket equipment
• 3+ years aftermarket equipment sales in conjunction with the Service Business.
• Strong Hydraulic systems and electrical controls experience
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy mechanical equipment
• Must have passport and be ok with some international travel
• HUET, BOSIET, are required
• IFPS Certification is a HUGE PLUS
• Experience with load handling equipment a big plus
