We are recruiting for a major offshore oil and gas organization in Houston TX and seeking an Offshore Cost Control Engineer for their organization.  

As the Cost Engineer you will be responsible for establishing and managing a cost control systems and measures supporting tendering as well as awarded projects, while creating and managing a cost awareness atmosphere.

• Project Cost Control Procedure
• Cost Coding
• Risk Management
• Commercial Phase
• Monte Carlo Analysis during project execution phase
• Support Project Control Manager in preparation of the Project close-out report and the cost feed-back data to Project Control and Commercial Departments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+Project Cost / Cost Control
• 3-6 years total experience
• Offshore Oil and Gas Project Experience
• Must be within a commutable distance to Energy Corridor (Houston)
• Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
