As the Construction Manager, you will have a marine/civil background and lead proposal development, sourcing, negotiate contracts, change orders, manage subs, etc, and will have a high level of understanding of Projects - Scheduling, budgets, etc, and have a background in MS Projects and P3 Primavera.

Some projects: HDD segment for offshore, trench tie-ins, HDPE pipeline, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree
• Project Management and/or Construction Management in Marine / Civil Industry
• Experienced in MS Projects and P3 Primavera
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication
• Be in commutable distance to Santa Barbara CA
• Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
