NOTE: Qualified candidate MUST have experience within Petrochemical/Chemicals/Refinery/Oil and Gas Industry - and direct experience with Maintenance in Rotary Equipment and Fixed Equipment

Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Corpus Christi, TX ( at a petrochemical plant)

Industry: Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemicals / Oil and Gas

Comp: Based on experience

Requirements:

• Minimum Associates Degree or Professional Technical Certification - BS Preferred
• 3+ years experience in Supervisory, Superintendent, or Management role - leading maintenance in rotating equipment / rotary equipment and fixed equipment
• 7+ years experience in Mechanical Maintenance / Rotating Equipment / Rotary Equipment within a chemical, oil and gas, or refinery organization
• Ability to read schematics and P&IDs
• Knowledge of mechanical seals, bearings, pumps, blowers, compressors, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, and lubrication; pumps, blowers, conveyors, and gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, pelletizers
• Knowledge of SAP a huge plus
• Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance
  

The Position:

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will supervise all the maintenance activities in rotary and fixed equipment, while leading and coaching teams of Mechanical Techs and Maintenance Crews. Schedule and assign all tasks required to meet preventative/predictive mechanical and maintenance needs including rotary equipment (compressors, pumps, blowers, conveyors, and gearboxes), hydraulics, pneumatics and pelletizers utilizing the SAP R/3 system.
