Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing test plans
• Coordinating with lab
• Processing change requests
• Converting drawings
• Designing test stands
• Creating test stand drawings
• Writing technical manuals
• Working with suppliers to procure components for testing

REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL COMPETENCY):

•  Bachelors in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines
•  3-5+ years’ relevant experience
• Working knowledge of test rigs and test setups
• Knowledge of Standard Drafting practices.
• Basic Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Experience with precision tolerancing and fits / clearances.
• Basic Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
• Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
