Aggressively prospect for passive and active talented candidates Source, assess, interview, and recommend candidates for our key positions Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to attract top talent Conduct communication through social media outreach, email, and phone calls Continuously develop your networks and partnerships to build a database of candidates

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

Be able to work in the office Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Recruiting experience: 3 years (Preferred) Employment & labor law knowledge: (Preferred) Onboard processing: (Preferred) Must be vaccinated or willing to get it if hired. *Work Remotely: No Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, and 401K
