ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Quick Dry Restoration (https://quickdryaustin.com/) is currently seeking a full-time, motivated and competitive Entry Sales Representative to join our team in Travis County. We are growing locally and have career opportunities for individuals who want purpose out of their work and embrace our Mission of Excellence for in-home services. No experience? No problem! ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Representative, you will be trained in all of our services and be able to promote our remodeling services to prospective and existing clients. In addition, you will be providing excellent customer service to meet or exceed the needs of residential and commercial properties. Each day, you will visit job sites, evaluate the service needs, and provide an appropriate recommendation and solution to the client. In the end, your goal is to provide clients with a thorough understanding of the damages accrued from water, mold or fire and how to provide them with the best solutions. Recommendations for our services include informing clients of our exceptional service compared to industry competitors and mitigating costs while helping our clients during a stressful time in their Lives. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of others by helping to get homes and business back up and running after disaster strikes.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Evaluate damage caused by water, mold, smoke, and fire
Present appropriate solutions to the client which will solve their urgent needs
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations
Communicate effectively with clients throughout the process to provide information and reassurance, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism
Deliver excellence in customer service while exceeding the client’s expectations
Maintain positive business and customer relationships
Ability to work comfortably in a faced paced environment, de-escalate situations and can perform damage control
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of sale experience (required)
Possess an understanding of General Labor/Construction(required)
Possess understanding of water, mold and/or fire damage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently, sense of self-motivation and strong work ethic
Valid and clean driver’s license
Must have own laptop device or tablet
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Must be professional while maintaining sensitivity to the needs of our clients
Ability to work independently yet cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work Monday-Friday, nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

Average first year income range: $32,000-45,000 (Base Salary, plus commission and bonuses)
