    We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently • Manage, organize, and respond to CEO emails, when appropriate, and delegate tasks to the team from these communications. • Communicate and coordinate with the company bookkeeper to ensure all invoices and bills are processed and paid timely. Qualifications: • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Real estate license preferred • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • CRM experience, Salesforce preferred. • Understanding of accounting/bookkeeping best practices preferred. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Some experience is preferred but the right candidate we can train.
